Very nice Experience with Really good Service!
really good service magnificent gardens great food
The staff demonstrated really good service and attentiveness. I received a warm welcome, and the gardens were magnificent. The restaurants provided great choices, and the food was AMAZING!!!
I noticed walls and corridors looked a bit cheap and poorly maintained. It did not quite match the expectation for a five-star hotel. Otherwise, my visit was perfect.

The Junior Suite Garden View offered sufficient space with wonderful decorations. The room included a minibar stocked daily with complimentary soft drinks and water. The air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a pleasant temperature.

The gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area had twenty loungers and a shaded section. There were several restaurants and bars available on the hotel for all guests to use.

The staff were consistently polite and helpful. The beach service team was very attentive. Requests were always promptly fulfilled.

beautiful gardens friendly staff spa service disappointing beach expensive prices dated rooms
the resort gardens were beautiful i noticed everything was well maintained the staff were super friendly and accommodating i especially appreciated the service i received at the spa
the beach did not allow for swimming that was disappointing the all inclusive option was much more expensive than normal bali prices the rooms seemed a bit dated

The bed was comfortable enough. I slept okay.
The bathroom was not good. it was outdated and needed work. the shower was in the bathtub. That was awkward.

expansive hotel multiple pools quality food really good service
The hotel is expansive. I found it easy to spend my days exploring the diverse amenities. i appreciated the multiple pool areas, each designed for different experiences. i particularly enjoyed the quality food served at the various on-site restaurantswith a wide range of cuisines. darma, my housekeeper, provided really good service.
i noticed that the gym required athletic shoes for entry, a rule that was not consistently enforced among all guests.

helpful staff friendly staff missing information closed beach
The staff are very helpful. The activities are great and the staff are friendly. The facility offers many activities. The staff were clean.
I found that the information about the area wasn't there. The hotel only had a map of the grounds. The beach was closed off. It was reserved for an Italian group, I thought this was nonchalant to guests.
